Developed a lubricant suitable for controlling friction between materials!
Our press working oils are based on the No.6## series, which has excellent basic performance, and we offer a variety of enhanced types under the G series, including improved anti-seizing performance, rust prevention, and cleaning performance. The G series aluminum and aluminum alloy press working oils excel in preventing darkening and deterioration during the drawing process of aluminum and aluminum alloys, making them suitable for a wide range of applications from thin to thick sheets. Additionally, our press working oils that prevent boiling during the drying process before painting prevent the machining oil residue inside the assembled parts of press-formed products from boiling during the drying (heating) stage before the painting process, thus preventing paint defects. 【Representative Products】 ■ No.630R Press Working Oil - Non-water-soluble, General Use - ■ G-3273 Working Oil - Non-water-soluble, Non-chlorinated, General Use - ■ G-3641 Working Oil - Non-water-soluble, Non-chlorinated, Stainless Steel Use - ■ G-2525 Working Oil - Water-soluble, Non-chlorinated - ■ G-2576 Working Oil - Water-soluble, Non-chlorinated, Dry Film Type - *For more details, please feel free to contact us.
