[Case Study on Work Environment] Suction Pads

Improving the efficiency of parts transport operations by selecting excellent suction pads! Introducing examples related to the work environment.

We would like to introduce a case study of solving problems for customers who manufacture electronic components. They were using suction pads from other companies in their operations, but they were struggling with poor suction, and even when the pads did adhere, they would sometimes drop the items during the process, which hindered their work efficiency. We proposed suitable "suction pads" in collaboration with a specialized manufacturer of vacuum transport equipment. The selection of suction pads involved borrowing the items to be transported from the customer and conducting tests with multiple suction pads, after which we submitted a test report. After reviewing the test results, the customer decided to adopt our solution immediately. They are very pleased with the improved workability.
