[Demo Available] JCC Personnel Allocation

Securing engineers, improving construction quality, and shortening delivery times! By matching construction periods and engineer qualifications, we enable optimal personnel selection.

In the "JCC Personnel Allocation," it is easy to narrow down suitable available engineers when selecting personnel for new construction projects or scheduled engineers for bidding projects. You can search by changing search conditions such as the range of exploration branches, job types, and engineer ranks. Additionally, the workload capacity can be understood from the engineer's workload chart, which can also help in determining the feasibility of winning projects. To make suitable judgments according to changes in circumstances, the JCC Cloud provides a "Personnel Allocation Support System" for efficient personnel allocation, contributing to improved customer satisfaction and revenue growth through efforts to enhance operational efficiency. 【Features】 ■ Detailed allocation planning is possible for construction projects, including roles (supervising chief engineer, chief engineer), job types, number of personnel, and duration (date and time settings). ■ In each project organization, when there is an excess or shortage of employees due to scale, processes, or progress, it is possible to visualize the allocation situation and always establish an appropriate allocation plan. ■ It is possible to allocate dedicated personnel, concurrent personnel, and also to allocate concurrent dedicated personnel. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
