We offer the "C3 Check Service," which detects changes in genome copy number during cell culture at high resolution using a custom array densely populated with probes in cancer-related gene regions that we have developed. This service can accurately detect abnormalities in genome copy number during the culture process (passaging) and is equipped with a high density of detection probes for cancer-related gene regions.
