Shinmei Co., Ltd. was founded in 1964, starting with the after-sales service business for Ricoh copiers. At that time, as a subcontractor for Ricoh products, we were able to operate smoothly for a while. However, being a subcontractor indefinitely meant we could never be sure when work might dry up.
