It is a film made from pulp-derived materials that is completely biodegradable in water and carbon dioxide. It also biodegrades in soil and the ocean.
Cellulose film "cellophane" is a transparent film made by chemically treating wood pulp (cellulose) to create a solution called viscose, and then regenerating it by solidifying again. Although it appears transparent like plastic, it is made from pulp, has good affinity for water, and possesses properties similar to paper. Additionally, it is less prone to static electricity and can be easily torn by hand in any direction. Cellulose film "cellophane" is an environmentally friendly material that is expected to be utilized as a solution for waste issues and plastic reduction measures, as it is biodegradable by bacteria in soil and seawater, aligning with SDGs initiatives. 【Features】 ■ Can be easily torn by hand in any direction ■ Being plant-based, it decomposes easily by microorganisms when left in the soil ■ A film that is less prone to static electricity ■ Strong and retains its shape when bent ■ Heat resistant, capable of withstanding temperatures of around 190°C ■ Hygroscopic, providing anti-fogging effects *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
