Introducing in a video! Overseas case studies of the AMR-type sorting and transport robot, Genient.
AMR x Cross Belt = Genient! A hybrid of autonomous mobile robots and belt conveyors. It demonstrates high work efficiency even in a compact space.
In recent years, companies with logistics centers have faced an increase in the volume of goods and the number of items they handle. In addition to large-scale centers in suburban areas, there has been a rise in medium and small-sized logistics centers and depots in urban areas. Genient is a high-performance sorting and conveying system that can be implemented in centers with limited floor space.

basic information
**Features** - The robot is equipped with two cross belts that can handle a variety of packages. It can manage a wide range of items, from small parcels, documents, fragile items, and irregular shapes to small items that cannot be handled by other sorters, as well as soft packages like clothing in bags. - It operates continuously without stopping and adjusts its speed according to the necessary tasks. For example, it slows down when transporting unstable packages or approaching loading and unloading areas. It travels at approximately 2.5 meters per second in a straight line and 1.5 meters per second on curves. - It is managed by a navigation map, allowing it to move freely and without restrictions within the operational area. Additionally, with smart auto-charging, it charges while still in operation (not after power is cut), ensuring work efficiency is not compromised. - To achieve further automation, it can connect with Fib's automatic induction lines and other sorting and transport equipment. - It flexibly accommodates increases in volume and item count, as well as additional sorting directions. When adding AMRs or loading and unloading areas, reorganization of the layout and system expansion can be easily carried out.
