Our company designs and manufactures custom keyboards tailored to our customers' specifications. Here are some examples of requests we have received from customers. 【Overview】 ■Background Customers staying at tourist hotels or business hotels from distant locations need information about nearby restaurants and shops. → We created a keyboard that can display recommended dining establishments with a single touch. ■Key Features We enabled one-touch access to the introduction pages of restaurants online. The top row is designated for language keys, allowing store information to be displayed in Japanese and up to six other languages. We made it possible to monitor the number of accesses from guests in real-time via computers or mobile phones. ■Impact By providing one-touch multilingual displays of recommended nearby dining establishments, we improved services for guests. Effectively promoting dining establishments to guests dining out led to increased customer visits. We can now monitor the number of information views by guests in real-time, allowing us to assess the effectiveness of our promotions.
