High pressure resistance and flexibility make it suitable for vulcanizing machines and filling machines! Standard and conductive PTFE hoses.
RH27/RH47 High Pressure Resistant PTFE Convoluted Hose
By laminating fiberglass onto the hard wire blade, pressure resistance and temperature resistance are ensured. High-pressure lines, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, fluororesin, steel wire blades.
The 【RH27/RH47】 is a PTFE corrugated hose that can handle a wide range of temperatures from low to high by using a hard wire blade for the exterior and fiberglass for the intermediate layer. The liquid-contact part uses a finely corrugated PTFE tube, achieving flexibility with low reaction force. It is suitable for use in high-pressure lines with frequent vibrations and movements, such as in chemicals, food, and beverages. The RH47 is a conductive PTFE hose, designed for static electricity measures, charge prevention, and electrostatic breakdown prevention. 【Points】 ■ Flexibility The corrugated structure consists of many fine height differences, achieving a flexible bending radius with low reaction force. ■ High pressure resistance Utilizing the rigidity of the hard wire blade and the strength of the fiberglass intermediate layer, it can handle high pressure with a single blade. 【Features】 ■ Uses finely corrugated PTFE corrugated hose ■ Fiberglass membrane + SUS hard wire blade ■ High pressure resistance + durability + temperature resistance + flexibility ■ Achieves flexibility with low reaction force ■ Unmatched durability for repeated bending ■ Reliable durability through specialized fitting crimping processing 【Conformed standards】 Food Sanitation Act: Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Notification No. 20

Company information
Our company has provided various industrial products centered around industrial hoses and flexible joints to many customers and industries. The purpose of this is none other than to enhance the important values of various equipment in the plant business: "safety," "functionality," and "efficiency." Furthermore, we are currently advancing the design, development, manufacturing, and sales of hose products and lined piping materials primarily made of Teflon (PFA/PTFE) for processes that require more precise selection of liquid contact materials. We are promoting development projects for products with "high safety," "high functionality," and "high efficiency," which is possible precisely because our company has faced and supported the field. Using the knowledge and experience we have cultivated so far, we aim to "confront more challenges, grasp essential needs, and flexibly solve problems." Under this policy, our company will continue to be a "group with will" and maintain the unwavering efforts since our founding.
