It achieves a hardness more than twice that of conventional DLC coatings, realizing an ultra-thin film with super hardness. In addition, there are high-performance thin films like "ACEX," which surpasses the limits of TiAlN with AlCr-based coatings, and "ZPC," which has excellent wear resistance and thermal shock resistance.
