  【Example of CONCEPT2 Installation on Motor】 With CONCEPT2, automatic lubrication is performed at two locations simultaneously, while the SmartCheck condition monitoring device also monitors the motor's vibration, enabling predictive maintenance.

• 

  There are two types of CONCEPT1 cartridge capacities: 60cc type and 125cc type.

• 

  【CONCEPT2】 It is suitable for lubrication with grease or lubricating oil. There are two outlets that can be controlled individually. The piston pump discharges grease once per operation and supplies grease from the outlet. This discharge operation can be controlled by a built-in timer or an external signal. The lubrication cartridge capacity is 250cc.

• 

  【CONCEPT4】 It is suitable for lubrication with grease. There are a total of four discharge ports that can be controlled in sets of two. The piston pump discharges grease once per operation and supplies grease from the discharge port. This discharge operation can be controlled by an external signal. The capacity of the lubrication cartridge is 400cc. It is also possible to deliver a customized CONCEPT4 for equipment manufacturers (number/specifications of discharge ports/cartridge size, etc.).

  【CONCEPT8】 It is suitable for lubrication with grease and lubricating oil. There are eight discharge ports that can be controlled in pairs. The piston pump discharges grease once per operation and supplies grease from the discharge port. This discharge operation can be controlled by a built-in timer or an external signal. The capacity of the lubrication cartridge is 800cc.

  【Refillable Cartridge】 All cartridges in the CONCEPT (automatic lubrication device) series are now available with refillable empty cartridges. This allows the use of grease from other manufacturers, not just our alkyl alcohol grease. Using cartridges that can be refilled up to three times helps reduce both environmental and cost burdens. Cartridges can be easily refilled using a standard grease gun and the corresponding adapter. After filling, the cartridge is immediately ready for use and can be attached to the CONCEPT lubrication device.

  Linkage between the automatic lubrication device CONCEPT8 and the condition monitoring device SmartQB. The automatic lubrication devices CONCEPT2 / CONCEPT4 / CONCEPT8 can also be combined with our predictive maintenance devices. Even for equipment with multiple bearings, such as pumps and motors, it is possible to link predictive maintenance with automatic lubrication.
