We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "Shirabanka" at the IT Infrastructure Technology Research Laboratory, R&D Department of SoftBank Corp. The system, which saves data on a server within the internal network and shares it via a browser using a terminal with a touch panel, is a unique solution developed by the Network Planning Department, and we are utilizing it in conjunction with the features of Shirabanka. **Effects of Implementation** - A terminal with a touch panel has been installed next to the whiteboard, connected via a USB cable. - This terminal incorporates a system developed in-house by SoftBank and the whiteboard's POT. - During meetings, simply touching the terminal activates the POT, allowing immediate use. - Saved whiteboard data is stored on an internal network server, enabling remote sharing of the whiteboard screen via a browser. - In the event of a system malfunction, only the source can write on the whiteboard, while remote participants can check the whiteboard information in real-time according to the timeline, making it more convenient.
