Effective inspections conducted during the cleaning and replacement of the electrodes! Introduction of a case study that reduced the risk of exhaust leaks.
There was an issue where "frequent stoppages of the dust collector were caused by dirt on the electrodes." To address this, regular cleaning of the electrodes was implemented before errors occurred. By regularly replacing and cleaning the electrodes, we maintain collection efficiency and processing quality, while reducing the risk of environmental deterioration. As a result, we were able to ensure the stable operation of the electric dust collector and reduce the risk of exhaust leaks. 【Case Study】 <Problems> ■ Abnormal discharges caused by dirt on the electrodes led to decreased collection efficiency, resulting in frequent stoppages of the dust collector. ■ Due to the high frequency of stoppages, the processing quality of the relevant machine tools has deteriorated. ■ Mist leaks have caused a deterioration of the factory environment. <Benefits> ■ Continued stable operation of the electric dust collector. ■ Reduced risk of exhaust leaks. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
