Adaptable to Diverse Processes It can be connected to various devices with conveyor transport mechanisms. 4. Compact and Low-Cost By eliminating unnecessary mechanisms, we have achieved low costs. Furthermore, it can directly feed into subsequent devices, requiring only 620 mm of space in the transport direction, making it easy to integrate into existing processes. 5. Easy Operation Setting the substrate on the lift table and adjusting the pad position can be easily done from the front of the device.
