Spring-type precision filtration device "Mono MAX Filter"

Maximally applying the vibrations and elasticity of the spring that respond to slight fluid pressure acting on the surface and interior of the spring-type filter.

The "Mono MAX Filter" is a low-maintenance filter equipped with ultra-long life, advanced filtration performance, and an astonishing self-cleaning function, capable of handling various challenging filtration themes. It is made by shaping stainless steel 316 spring wire, which is difficult to process, into an oval shape, creating small protrusions a few tens of microns high on one side of the ellipse, and then processing it into a coiled spring. The protrusions contact the adjacent wire, forming fine gaps between the coiled springs. These gaps accumulate filtration aids and SS (debris) to create a filtration membrane, which allows for precise filtration. 【Features】 ■ Ultra-long life ■ Minimal maintenance with self-reverse cleaning function ■ Extremely low operating costs ■ Capable of handling diverse filtration themes ■ Can be replaced with a spring-type filter *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
