The "NSHV-TR" is a fine groove high-speed vacuum cleaner that removes dust from the film surface by combining a non-contact NSHV cleaner with a tacky roll. By installing the tacky roll after cleaning with the NSHV cleaner, it is possible to remove stubborn dust that cannot be eliminated non-contact.
