A conveyor belt that is difficult for moisture-containing materials to adhere to due to its water-repellent characteristics.
"Non-Ad EX" is a conveyor belt that significantly improves the scraping efficiency of belt cleaners. It reduces the adhesion of transported materials on the belt surface, decreases spillage, lessens the burden of cleaning work, and suppresses scattering around the conveyor and outside the factory premises. It is suitable for lines transporting materials that tend to adhere to the belt surface due to moisture, such as coal, lime, foundry sand, and iron ore. 【Features】 ■ Low wear ■ Reduced adhesion ■ Decreased spillage and reduced burden of cleaning work ■ Suppression of scattering around the conveyor and outside the factory premises ■ Significantly improved scraping efficiency of belt cleaners *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
