【Details of Features】 ■ The AGV only transports items, but by mounting a robot, it can also perform tasks such as material handling and loading/unloading. ■ While traditional industrial robots required the installation of safety fences, collaborative robots can operate without them, allowing for efficient use of factory space. ■ Equipped with area sensors, the robot detects the approach of people and temporarily stops when someone enters the work area. ■ The stopping accuracy of the AGV is ±10mm, but with the vision camera mounted on the arm, three-dimensional correction is performed, improving the stopping accuracy to within ±1mm for operations. ■ By incorporating an ATC (Auto Tool Changer), the robot can automatically change its hands according to the task requirements (material handling, screw tightening, loading/unloading, transportation, etc.). ■ Traditional AGVs faced delays in adoption due to the hassle of battery charging connections and charging times for operators.
