This is a transparent casting resin that can be used for resin tables and similar applications. It is a product designed to minimize discoloration caused by ultraviolet light.
This is a transparent casting resin that can be used for resin tables and similar applications. It is a two-component mixing type, and by mixing the main agent and hardener according to the specified ratio, it can cure without the need for special equipment. It becomes a solid material with excellent strength, heat resistance, and yellowing resistance, making it suitable for creating small and thin products such as table top coatings and decorative items. It is designed to counteract discoloration (yellowing) due to ultraviolet light, allowing it to maintain its color for a long time. It is easy to color, and adding a light blue tint will help maintain a beautiful color for an extended period. It is designed to have low viscosity, making stirring and degassing easy. Due to its ultra-low viscosity, it has good degassing properties even with natural degassing. If bubbles remain, increasing the liquid temperature using methods such as a water bath can further enhance degassing properties. Bubbles floating on the surface can be eliminated by warming them with a hairdryer or similar device. If you have a vacuum degassing machine, it should be easy to remove bubbles. If bubbles are coming from porous inclusions such as wood, you can prevent bubble formation by sealing the surface of the inclusions with resin beforehand.

basic information
【Cautions】 This product is a chemical, so please use it with sufficient consideration, attention, and confirmation based on the actual usage methods. Be especially careful as it may cause health issues such as skin irritation or poisoning if it comes into contact with the skin or is inhaled. This product is for professional use. - Always use an electronic scale to prevent mixing ratio errors. - To prevent mixing errors, use an electric mixer or similar device, and ensure thorough stirring and mixing so that the entire mixture is uniform, rather than mixing in one spot. - Temperature management is particularly important; a change of 10 degrees can significantly alter the curing speed. Higher temperatures lead to faster curing, while lower temperatures slow it down. Avoid temperatures below 5°C, as curing will hardly progress. - The curing speed also varies depending on the amounts of the main agent and hardener, as well as the application method. A larger quantity cures faster, while a smaller quantity cures slower; applying a thicker layer cures faster, while a thinner layer cures slower. - To avoid difficulties in removal, clean any equipment that will be reused before it fully cures. - Be cautious as heat is generated during the curing process due to chemical reactions. - After use, seal tightly and store in a cool, dark place.
