[Case Study] RPA 'BizRobo!'

The introduction of RPA is a new strategy to replace the shrinking staffing industry! With "business efficiency" as the keyword, it promotes business development.

Our company considered multiple products for RPA implementation, but we determined that the strong support and the ability to accumulate knowledge in the long term would lead to value, so we adopted 'BizRobo!'. We signed a partnership agreement in March 2020 and introduced "BizRobo! mini" in June. We upgraded to Basic in September. Currently, 15 robots are operating within the company, primarily handling tasks such as creating financial reports linked to the cloud ERP "ZAC" and operating a tool for employee safety confirmation. After implementation, we achieved an average reduction of about 80% in work time, and eliminated input errors, resulting in significant operational efficiency improvements.
