The "UDH-D/SVH PLT Series" is a color sorting machine for resin pellets that allows for easy operation via a liquid crystal touch panel. A high-speed conveyor belt supplies the raw materials to the inspection section with a camera at a constant speed, regardless of the shape of the materials. Our company was established in 1935 when our founder, Zenichi Hattori, discovered that green tea leaves and stems could be separated by the phenomenon of frictional electrification. At the same time, we invented the electrostatic tea sorting machine. In 1962, we commercialized Japan's first color sorter.
