The "Isshin Cleaning Roller" is a product used for the removal of foreign substances and contamination generated during the manufacturing processes of printed circuit boards, electronic components, optical parts, precision instruments, films, and paper, as well as for dust removal in pre-printing processes for metal printing and screen printing. It is particularly effective in places where static electricity is a concern, such as clean rooms. Since the rubber itself is adhesive, it can be used for a long time by cleaning or transferring the adhered foreign substances. Additionally, there is no concern about contamination from siloxane as it does not use silicone as a raw material. 【Features】 ■ The rubber comes in two types: B type (butyl) and U type (urethane) ■ Adhesive strength (g/cm²) - B type (white) approximately 300, (blue) approximately 250, (orange) approximately 100, (light green) approximately 100 ■ Hardness (JIS-A) - B type: (white) approximately A10, (blue) approximately A15, (orange) approximately A20, (light green) approximately A20 - U type: (strong adhesion) A5, (medium adhesion) A15, (weak adhesion) A20 ■ Heat resistance - B type: approximately 100℃ - U type: approximately 80℃ *Free demo units are available for up to 10 companies that inquire through Ipros!

Company information
Ichin Production Co., Ltd. was founded in 1967 and has been manufacturing and selling tools that remove dust and debris from work processes using a specially formulated adhesive rubber. This adhesive rubber is different from products like adhesive tape rolled up, as it is not disposable and can be cleaned and reused. Additionally, unlike products made with silicone, it has strong adhesive properties (which can also be made weaker) and is a self-adhesive material, meaning that it does not peel off and contaminate the surfaces it contacts. These characteristics are valued across various industries, from food to advanced electronic components. Our company offers a wide range of products to meet customer needs. For customers who wish to integrate our products into existing line equipment or new machinery, we also sell rollers individually. Please feel free to consult with us.
