The feed block is a mold where each layer converges just before the T-die, but the ratio of each layer can only be adjusted offline during resin cleaning or assembly. However, this feed block allows for adjustable ratios even during operation. Layer ratio: 1:10:1 to 10:1:10, depending on extrusion conditions. The structure of the sliding collar, which prevents resin leakage, is excellent. If you are concerned about the encapsulation phenomenon, we can provide a bending vane.
