In "Software Design," we are engaged in the design of control software for embedded devices and host-side software for device handling. For embedded control software, we primarily use the RENESAS SuperH series, collaborating with hardware design for device development. Depending on the scale of the device, we accommodate a wide range from cost-effective SH-2 to high-performance SH-4, excelling in precise control using key devices such as inkjet (IJ) heads. We achieve high-speed and precise control using stepping motors, DC motors, and various sensors related to mechatronics. Additionally, we also implement design for interface control such as USB and LAN, which are essential for connecting to the host PC. For host-side device handling software, we create drivers and applications that operate on Microsoft Windows, providing a system that fully utilizes the device's capabilities.
