Case study of introducing customer service mirrors: For product replenishment and beautiful displays!
Super Oval
By looking in the mirror and calling out to customers, we have made it possible to see the display from the register! (Zenmai Ueno Station Central Connection Passage Store)
Here is a case study of the mirrors we handle, introduced at the Zenmai Ueno Station Central Connection Passage store. When standing at the register located at the back of the store, it was difficult to see the products and customers, which sometimes delayed restocking. Therefore, we installed our mirror, the "Super Oval." As a result, we were able to call out to customers by looking at the mirror, and we could also neatly arrange the product displays. [Case Overview] ■ Product Used: Super Oval ■ Effect: By looking at the mirror, we were able to call out to customers and neatly arrange the product displays. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
When it comes to mirrors, most people probably think of mirrors that reflect only themselves (such as full-length mirrors, hand mirrors, or three-way mirrors). However, Komi's mirror is designed to observe the movements of other objects and people, as well as to show "consideration" for others. For example, one can check with the mirror to see if anyone is coming around a corner to avoid a collision, or to check if someone is trying to get on an elevator and wait for them... Komi's "considerate mirror" is useful all over the world, from convenience stores to airplanes.
