At Kanden E House Co., Ltd., they had been utilizing tablet devices until now. However, with the increase in condominiums adopting collective electricity reception, concerns regarding the security of carrying tablets and the cost of hardware have come to the forefront. In response, we proposed the "e-Pamphlet," which allows for reduced hardware costs and the ability to carry only videos. It is lightweight, and since the videos can be replaced, we can provide tailored videos for each new condominium, where services differ from building to building. We received positive feedback on these points and were adopted.
