This is an introduction to one of the three pillars, the "Processing Field." We accommodate quantities from single items to mass production, handling various types of processing such as lathe work, machining, heat treatment, and cutting in all fields. **Machining** We support processing with NC lathes, machining centers, five-sided machining machines, milling, boring, turning, honing, composite machining machines, grinding, surface treatment, and electrical discharge machining. We can handle processing up to a maximum diameter of 1800mm and a maximum length of 6000mm. **Cutting** We accommodate cutting for dimension cutting, shape cutting, bevel cutting, and cutting of supplied materials (such as forged products). **Heat Treatment** We have equipped our facility with an annealing furnace, achieving shorter lead times for heat treatment. Additionally, we handle various types of heat treatment such as tempering, high-frequency, laser, isothermal, and vacuum hardening in collaboration with partner companies certified by top manufacturers. *Please note that processing conditions vary by product, so we encourage you to consult with us first.*
