[Demo Video] Mysterious? The color of the liquid changes with temperature! Testing the cooling power of Kolder.
We used a special liquid that changes color with temperature to visualize the cooling power of the colder.
Kordar is one of Sanwa's pneumatic equipment that has been chosen in manufacturing sites for nearly 40 years, with the keyword "just connect compressed air." It is a simple spot cooler that applies the principle of vortex, and without using power or refrigerant gas, it discharges ultra-low temperature air with a maximum temperature difference of -75°C (for a supply pressure of 0.7 MPa, in the case of model 190-75SV) just by connecting compressed air. Usage examples: - Removal of heat generated during processing of metals and plastics (such as titanium alloys, stainless steel, Inconel, thermoplastic plastics, etc.) - Improvement of cutting speed and extension of tool life through the cooling effect on workpieces and tools - Dry cutting of magnesium alloys - Cooling to prevent issues caused by heat generation in electrical control boxes and various measurement instrument boxes - Cooling of molds - Cooling tests for semiconductors and PC boards, among others *For more details, please feel free to contact us.

Company information
Our company was founded in 1971 and has been introducing unique and excellent products from overseas to our customers in Japan. We handle over 10,000 items, including fittings, couplings, various valves, and check valves. Among these, we take pride in being a pioneer in the market for small plastic piping components manufactured by CPC in the United States, such as CPC couplings, which we have been proposing since 30 years ago when brass and stainless steel were the norm. These products are widely used in small devices across various fields, including general industry, healthcare, food and beverage, printing, and experimentation, due to their features of being "compact," "lightweight," and "offering a wide variety." Additionally, in the field of industrial air equipment, we have been supplying products focused on "cooling," "blowing," and "air transport" using compressed air, including the "Cryogenic Air Generator Kolder," to manufacturing sites across various sectors for many years. In recent years, we have also been focusing on new product development in different fields, including springs made from PEEK resin. In April 2018, as part of our new initiative to improve customer satisfaction in industrial piping components, we opened a satellite showroom in Odaiba displaying approximately 2,500 items.
