This time, we are introducing a case of products with strict precision requirements in sheet metal parts. Our company routinely processes products with high precision tolerances. In this case, due to the large quantity and concerns about dimensional variations in the stepped bending (Z-bending) section, we created a simple mold to achieve stable processing. Additionally, there was a possibility of bulging on the outside of the bending section, which could lead to exceeding the product width tolerance.
