An example of generating a dataset with pseudo-defects using 3D rendering software. It enables the generation of extremely rare defect images and allows for verification in various patterns.
The "Rist Image AI Research Commission Service" is a service that fully undertakes image AI development for companies' product and service development and R&D departments. It has the potential to solve projects that could not be realized solely with in-house technology and long-standing technical challenges that have remained unresolved. 【AI Development Example: Generating a Dataset with Pseudo Defects Using 3D Rendering Software】 ■ Generate a 3D dataset for building and validating an anomaly detection model ■ Render a diverse range of high-resolution datasets using POV-Ray ■ Generate defect images that occur very rarely, allowing for validation across various patterns <Generation Points> ・Adjust wood grain and size for each image to create diverse image data ・Reproduce common types of defects in manufacturing, such as "dirt," dents, scratches, and chips *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
