It provides excellent resistance to migration, extraction, foam elasticity, stain resistance, and scratch resistance!
Sanchisizer 160 is a primary plasticizer that provides excellent processing characteristics (fast compatibility, high concentration filler loading, and good foam expansion). It allows for uniform and suitable functionality in PVC tiles and flooring materials. Additionally, it offers good oil resistance to nitrile rubber and provides high stability during vulcanization compared to traditional dibutyl phthalate. **Features** - Provides excellent processability for PVC calendar molding, plastisol, and molding manufacturing. - Imparts stain resistance, solvent extraction resistance, scratch resistance, and filler wetting properties, improving scratch strength and exhibiting excellent compatibility with PVC resin. - Suitable for polyvinyl acetate adhesives and similar applications. - Provides additional adhesive strength to materials that are difficult to bond. - Possesses improved physical properties through internal plasticization and co-polymer theory, imparting external plasticity to acrylic lacquer. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
