The fluorine conformal coating agent "Aegis Coat WOP-024" is ideal for moisture-proofing, insulation, and waterproof coating of electronic circuit boards due to its high concentration specifications (20wt% and 30wt%). The fluororesin coating film, ranging from 10 to 60μm, exhibits strong moisture-proof performance and repels water, oil, and chemicals. This thick film thickness, along with excellent moisture-proof performance and adhesion, provides high insulation and moisture-proof capabilities. As an industrial product, it has already been adopted by major electronics manufacturers.
