The cartridge-type "DUO-MAX" is a grease automatic lubrication system that uses rechargeable batteries, taking into consideration the environment and running costs. It features two discharge outlets for convenience and is suitable for automating grease lubrication for bearings, pillow blocks, and more. It can be easily installed with just piping for motors and pumps. Additionally, due to its high pressure, it allows for extended piping distances for fans in high places, enabling lubrication management from below. It can be installed in easily manageable locations for high places, confined spaces, or areas requiring significant lubrication work, and the battery level can be checked on the screen. Error detection for when grease runs out and abnormalities in back pressure can be identified and confirmed on the screen. Since it can distribute to a maximum of 24 locations on a conveyor line, it contributes to labor-saving in lubrication.
