The PLC-controlled grease automatic lubrication system 'DUO-MAX' can control the oil supply and is an electric type automatic lubricator that enables automatic grease supply during the operation of production lines. It has two discharge outlets, making it convenient for automating grease lubrication for bearings, pillow blocks, and more. The battery level can be checked on the screen, and it can detect errors such as when the grease runs out or abnormal back pressure, which can also be confirmed on the screen. Due to its high pressure, it can be installed in easily manageable locations for high places, confined spaces, or areas that require significant lubrication work, and it uses a rechargeable battery that takes environmental and running costs into consideration. Additionally, having two grease discharge outlets allows for immediate installation with just the piping prepared for motors, pumps, etc. Since it maintains high pressure even for fans in high places, it can extend the piping distance to manage lubrication from below.
