Surface treatment of metal parts - rust prevention, friction coefficient adjustment, lubricity, water repellency, etc.
Processing know-how accumulated from parts mass production results! Just prepare the test pieces, and leave everything else to us.
Our company is capable of applying coatings with various functions, focusing on rust prevention, friction coefficient adjustment, lubricity, wear resistance, water repellency, and waterproofing to metal parts, primarily automotive components. We achieve Japanese quality on a global scale and reduce variability in mass production. We provide free support for prototype → evaluation → result report → review, offering total support for surface treatment. Additionally, improvements for performance enhancement and cost reduction can be developed based on specific requests. Please feel free to contact us when needed. 【Solutions through Surface Treatment】 ■ Temporary rust prevention: A low-cost coating with stable rust prevention functionality that is better than inexpensive rust oils. ■ Budget version treatment: A rust prevention treatment that is cheap and does not require the corrosion resistance of Geomet. ■ Pressed parts: A coating with a black appearance that has higher corrosion resistance than cationic plating. ■ Ultra-high corrosion resistance treatment: A coating with high galvanic corrosion prevention functionality suitable for CFRP fastening components. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
