Since then, we have been engaged in contract processing specifically for high-frequency hardening. Utilizing over 60 years of expertise in high-frequency hardening, we introduced laser hardening equipment in April 2008 and have been dedicated to the development of laser hardening technology.

Fujikou Shuhou Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 1958 in Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture, starting with the heat treatment of large bearings. Since then, we have expanded our operations to cover a wide range of industrial machine parts. In December 2008, we began contract processing for laser heat treatment, and in January 2012, we quickly took on laser cladding, continuing to this day. Our expertise in partial heat treatment of metal components spans from large items to precision parts. We have also obtained ISO 9001 certification and have become a certified factory in various industries, continuously striving for improvement in technology and skills through relentless effort and a spirit of reform.
