This is a coating device developed for the formation of thin films using filler-rich materials and for water-based emulsion coating liquids, capable of film formation from a few microns. With a unique supply system, the liquid circuit can also operate under low-pressure circulation, preventing filler sedimentation and nozzle clogging commonly seen in water-based emulsion coating liquids, allowing for stable spray application. Furthermore, the tip of the application valve is equipped with a patented mist generation system designed to prevent skin formation of the coating liquid.
