It can be used for preventing the increase of bacteria and for the acidification of food.
We offer "carbon dioxide (carbonic gas) CO2," which is heavier than air and has a property of easily dissolving in moisture. Due to its tendency to easily dissolve in moisture and oil, it is primarily used in gas packaging applications mixed with nitrogen gas. When sealed with carbon dioxide alone, changes in taste and packaging collapse may occur, so caution is required. It can be used for food packaging, prevention of bacterial growth (antimicrobial effect), and for acidifying food. Please feel free to contact us if you have any requests. 【Applications】 ■ Food packaging ■ Prevention of bacterial growth (antimicrobial effect) ■ Acidification of food *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
