The popular active model "Tabletop Spin Coater ACT-300AII" is a versatile standard device for manual dripping that can accommodate substrates up to φ150mm. Even if the size of the substrate you want to obtain a thin film from falls within the range of the ACT-220AII (the lowest-priced model), many choose this model considering that substrate sizes may increase in the future. Despite its low price, it allows you to set the rotation speed from 0 to 6000 RPM within one minute, with an accuracy of ±1 RPM or better. You can simultaneously set "rotation speed," "acceleration/deceleration time," and "keep time" for one step of operation, and it features a program with 10 steps and 100 patterns (with prior notice, 20 steps and 50 patterns, or 50 steps and 20 patterns are also possible), making it easy to achieve the desired conditions. The safety cover has a dripping hole (with a sliding lid) that allows dripping even while rotating. Equipped with an interlock sensor, it does not rotate unless it detects the vacuum suction pressure on the substrate, and it automatically stops rotating if the safety cover is opened during operation, ensuring safety.
