Prox Thermal Insulation Sheet: Overview of Thermal Insulation Work for Residential Attics
To prevent heat from entering through the walls, we also install sheets on the wall surfaces! Introducing heat insulation work in the attic of wooden houses.
On November 10, 2021, we carried out heat insulation work in the attic of a residential house in Nobeoka City, Miyazaki Prefecture. Due to heat from the attic, the living room was particularly hot, so to reduce heat from outside, we installed "Prox Heat Insulation Sheets" from the inside of the roof. As a result, although the work was only done in the living room area, the attic is connected, so by hanging the sheets, we were able to prevent heat from entering from the sides. 【Construction Overview】 ■ Current Situation: The living room is particularly hot due to heat from the attic. ■ Countermeasure: To reduce heat from outside, Prox Heat Insulation Sheets were installed from the inside of the roof. ■ Location: Nobeoka City, Miyazaki Prefecture ■ Roof Material: Wooden house ■ Area: Approximately 40m2 (only in the living room and kitchen) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
