Quantitative discharge valve with a sacback effect
This valve uses chemical-resistant SUS and Teflon for the wetted parts. By using a diaphragm for the sealing part, there are no seals between the drive part and the wetted part, resulting in minimal wear even with materials that may cause filler contamination, ensuring a long lifespan. It can be widely used for low to medium viscosity fluids, and the poppet valve provides a suction back effect.

Company information
We design and manufacture dispensing devices for precise application of small amounts starting from 0.0001cc, such as adhesives in one, two, and three components, as well as various automation and labor-saving devices tailored to our customers' needs, from planning to design and production. Additionally, we currently incorporate a system that uses camera inspection to conduct inspections in parallel with work processes. We propose automation devices that emphasize work efficiency without the need for multiple wiring. 【New Arrivals】 - We have obtained a patent for a dispenser system that reduces seal wear. If you are struggling with high-viscosity liquids or liquids with particles, please consult us. - We have obtained a patent for a defoaming device. It can be used without the need for large equipment, applicable to both new and existing systems.
