Recently, one unit was not enough, so they added a second unit, and they are also using super hypochlorous acid in their newly established ham processing facility. It is used for sterilizing cooking utensils, cleaning floors, and disinfecting and deodorizing airborne bacteria through space spraying, utilizing two types of super hypochlorous acid at different temperatures to remove grease.
