After forming the spring with a heart gold type winding machine, it undergoes heat treatment (low-temperature annealing) and shot peening. Shot peening is a process that projects countless small steel balls onto the surface of the spring. This treatment improves durability by modifying the surface of the material. Using a spring load testing machine, we output data on the mounting load, maximum load, and spring constant, and we will provide an inspection report upon delivery.
