By applying a setting process, it is possible to prevent the spring from sagging during use.
The material used is "Piano Wire Type A - SWP-A." We process materials sized "5mm x 2mm" with vertical winding, ensuring that the materials do not lie flat or fall over by using various jigs. After spring formation, we perform a setting treatment to prevent sagging during use. The material for the square springs is generally made to order, but we have a certain amount of stock available. If we have materials with similar dimensions, we can also produce prototypes in a short lead time. Our company handles the manufacturing, design, and prototyping of square springs. Please feel free to consult us if you have any concerns.
