Due to the method of attraction, it is highly accurate and efficient! It is suitable for sorting lightweight materials with little difference in specific gravity.
The "VS Series" is a vacuum suction sorting machine that demonstrates exceptional sorting power in the removal of foreign substances. Unlike traditional air sorting machines that blow air onto the items using a fan, this machine utilizes a completely uniform airflow that flows into a vacuum tank, and through its suction power, it accurately separates heavy, medium, and light objects into three categories. Items are supplied to the sorting section by an electromagnetic feeder, where heavy objects simply fall down, while light objects are suctioned into the vacuum tank and discharged from the bottom of the tank via a rotary valve. It is equipped with an inverter for fine adjustments. 【Features】 ■ Each sorting section is completely independent, making adjustments easy ■ Exhaust is filtered through a cyclone dust collector to remove dust, preventing indoor air pollution ■ The rotary valve can be easily disassembled with a one-touch mechanism ■ Equipped with casters for easy mobility ■ Custom-made products and different voltage specifications are also available *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Our company was established in 1935 when our founder, Zenichi Hattori, discovered that green tea leaves and stems could be sorted using the phenomenon of frictional electrification. At the same time, we invented the electrostatic tea sorting machine. In 1962, we commercialized Japan's first color sorting machine, and over the years, we have developed various sorting machines as a pioneer in sorting technology in Japan. Our top priority has always been customer satisfaction, and our motto has been to never give up until we achieve high-quality sorting. The results of our development efforts are reflected in our current products.
