This is a reaction-type hot melt that hardens due to moisture (humidity) contained in the air or the substrate. It has excellent coating properties and can be applied by bead application or spray application.
◎ This is a hot melt that cures by reacting with moisture contained in the atmosphere or substrate. ◎ It has the same cohesive strength as regular hot melts immediately after application, providing excellent initial adhesion (about 30% of full cure). ◎ It fully cures in about 2 days at room temperature and humidity (25°C, 60% RH). ◎ After curing, it does not melt even when heated. Please note that it is also not soluble in organic solvents. ◎ Please use a specialized applicator that blocks moisture for application.
