This is an advanced version of the high-frequency power supply device "MK16A type." By digitizing the control mechanism (FPGA: field-programmable gate array), it becomes possible to accommodate a wider variety of production compared to the existing model. It is also capable of recording operational data independently of the power supply unit, thus meeting customer demands for "preventive maintenance." It can be manufactured in a wide output range (50 to 1200 kW) for small to large components.
