The manufacturing process for our cast iron materials is as follows: for FCD800, it is "casting → machining," and for FCD1200 QT, it is "casting → heat treatment → machining." Traditionally, molds or wooden patterns were created, but with the introduction of 3D printers for sand molds, we can provide prototypes in a short delivery time, at low cost, and even in small quantities.
