【Manufacturing Process】 ■Cap Material (Brass) - Brass is reasonably priced, easy to process, and keeps costs down. - The shaft resin of the neck roll pin uses high weather-resistant polypropylene. ↓ ■Plating Process - Zinc plating treatment is applied. ↓ ■Factory Arrival - For unpainted products, those that have been zinc plated and then finished with a clear zinc coating will be shipped. ↓ ■Zinc Phosphate Treatment - The surface is roughened to enhance paint adhesion. - This also increases the corrosion prevention effect of the zinc plating. ↓ ■Topcoat Painting - A hardener is added, and after mixing, it is promptly spray painted. ↓ ■Baking Drying - It is baked at the right temperature and time. - Baking increases the resistance to peeling. ↓ ■Assembly - The colored head and shaft resin are assembled. ↓ ■Shipping - Shipment will occur 1 to 2 weeks after the arrival of the tile sample or after the indication of the Nippon Paint color number. - For the use of three colors or more, please consult separately. *Please note that we cannot take responsibility for issues arising from paint peeling on unpainted products at the site. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
