【TX-303】Case Study of Winch Implementation in a Clean Room

Used to open and close the lid of a material mixer in a clean room! Special type winch case.

We would like to introduce a case study of a winch installation in a clean room. The 'TX-303' was selected to open and close a lid weighing approximately 300 kg. Since the installation location is a clean room, any peeling paint or dust generation is strictly prohibited. Therefore, we received a request to create a winch made of stainless steel without any paint, if possible. Our TX series features an aluminum cast gearbox and motor housing, and the brake cover is made of engineering plastic, making it resistant to rust. This allowed us to easily accommodate the request for a paint-free product. The drum is finished with stainless steel buffing, and we used commercially available dust-proof aluminum boxes for the electrical components.
